摘要
一些政治哲学家支持国内平等主义,但反对全球平等主义。他们强调国家的特殊性以及全球领域与国内领域的不相似,主张将平等主义的分配正义限制在国内。然而,这两种理由都不能否定全球平等主义。两个领域存在很多相似性,支持国内平等主义的理由也是支持全球平等主义的理由。国家的一些特征不是平等主义的必要条件,因而,全球平等主义不依赖全球领域是否与国内领域存在相似的特征。全球平等主义体现了作为道德、政治和社会理想的平等。
Those political philosophers who support global justice can be divided into two camps.One camp maintains that egalitarianism be constrained within the state,and refuses to extend it to the global sphere. For this camp,global justice is global sufficient Aryanism. The other camp attempts to apply egalitarianism to the global arena. For this camp,global justice is global egalitarianism. The former camp thinks that state's special features,like coercion or social cooperation,need to be justified through egalitarianism. The global sphere has no such similar features with the domestic sphere. Therefore,for this camp,egalitarianism should be constrained within the state's borders. However,there are some similar features between the global and domestic spheres. What's more,those special features of states are not necessary conditions of egalitarianism. Therefore,global egalitarianism does not depend on whether the global sphere has similarities with the domestic one. Those philosophers in the first camp fail to refute global egalitarianism. And,Global egalitarianism is the good embodiment of equality as moral,political and social ideals.
