摘要
分析了我国长三角地区软件技术人才的培养现状和需求情况,提出了"两点一主线"教学模式,并通过与相关企业的全方位合作,共同培养企业所需要的软件技术人才。统计结果表明,该模式下的教学活动不仅能提高软件技术人才的培养质量,而且能提高企业对毕业生的满意度。
We analyzed the current situation and demand of software technical talent in Yangtze River Delta region, put forward the＂two point and one main line＂ teaching mode, carried on all-round cooperation with relevant enterprises under this mode and joint training of software and technical personnel in enterprise. Statistical results showed that teaching activities under this model improved not only the training quality of software technical talent, but also the satisfaction degree of the enterprise to the graduates.
