摘要
驱动电机作为电动汽车三大核心部件之一,承担着动力和安全等多种角色。在电动汽车产品开发过程中,驱动电机的匹配设计成为了最为重要的课题。介绍一种避免由弱磁控制引起扭矩跌落的方法,可以解决大功率电机在放电能力有限的电池环境下,避免由弱磁能力不足引发扭矩跌落等一系列问题。
Drive motor as one of the three core components of an electric vehicle, bears multiple roles of power and safety. In the process of electric vehicle product development, drive motor matching design becomes the most important topic. With cus- tomers in the pursuit of power and speed of vehicle, power and speed of the motor will improve accordingly. Mentioned in this paper, it is going to solve the problem how to avoid torque drop caused by field-weakening control for high power motor in the battery environment of poor discharge ability.
