摘要
法国农业现代化的时间短、成效大,其基本的经验在于"五个注重":注重绿色、环保与可持续的发展理念;注重科学规划基础上的高度专业化;注重发挥合作社的重要支点作用;注重"教学、科研、推广"一体化体系建设;注重发挥各项制度的规范、引导和支持作用。这些方面对我国发展现代农业有重要启示:需要大力加强制度建设,推动产业链条的一体化,大力提高农业生产经营的组织化程度,出台并完善绿色农产品的相关支持政策,加强农业从业者的教育和培训。
The Agricultural modernization in France has achieved more with less time,with ＂Five Emphases＂as its basic experience： emphasis on green,environmental-friendly and sustainable development concept; emphasis on a high degree of specialization based on scientific planning; emphasis on the important role of cooperative as fulcrums; emphasis on the construction of the integrative system of ＂education,scientific research and popularization＂; and emphasis on bringing into play the standardizing,guiding and supporting roles of various systems. These aspects have very important enlightenment to the modern agriculture development of China： the system construction needs strengthening,the integration of industrial chain needs promoting,the organizational degree of agricultural production and operation needs improving greatly,relevant policies to support green agricultural products needs introducing and perfecting,and the education and training of agricultural practitioners needs strengthening.
