摘要
目的观察益气养阴汤口服联合该方灌肠治疗结肠黑变病的临床疗效。方法将68例结肠黑变病患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各34例。两组均停用泻药,给予饮食结构调整。治疗组另给予益气养阴汤口服联合该方灌肠治疗,治疗疗程8周。8周后复查肠镜,比较两组临床疗效及泻药复用率。结果治疗组临床症状及肠镜检查疗效均明显优于对照组(P<0.05),且泻药复用率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益气养阴汤口服联合该方灌肠能明显改善结肠黑变病患者的肠道功能,能显著改善患者的临床症状,使便秘患者摆脱泻药的依赖。
Objective To observe the effect of oral YiqiYangyin decoction combined with the decoction enema on clinical effi -cacy in the treatment of colon melanosis .Methods Sixty-eight patients with melanosis coli were randomly divided into the treatment or control group ,34 in each group .The both groups stopped taking laxatives and received diet structure adjustment .The treatment group was further given YiqiYangyin decoction combined with the decoction enema treatment for 8 weeks.After that,endoscope was performed to compare the clinical effect and laxative reuse rate between the two groups .Results The clinical symptoms and endoscopic results were better and reuse rate was lower in the treatment group than that in the control group （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion Oral YiqiYangyin decoction and the decoction enema can significantly improve the intestinal function in patients with melanosis coli .The method can sig-nificantly improve the clinical symptoms and get rid of laxatives .
