摘要
先天性心脏病是目前发病率最高的先天畸形。随着目前诊疗的进步,大多数的患儿得到了准确诊断和治疗。目前关于先天性心脏病的治疗热点集中于简单先天性心脏病的微创化、复杂先天性心脏病的早期诊断及早期处理(尤其是新生儿心脏外科的进展)、以及复杂先天性心脏病的内外科镶嵌治疗。
Congenital heart disease is one of the highest incidence of birth defects .With the progress of the diagnosis and treat-ment ,most of the children got accurate diagnosis and treatment .The treatment of congenital heart disease focus on minimally invasive for simple congenital heart disease ,and early diagnosis and early treatment for complex heart disease （ especially the progress of the neo-natal cardiac surgery ） ,and hybrid procedure in complex heart disease .
