冻融与锈蚀耦合作用下的预应力损失试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 对预应力混凝土梁进行25、50、75次快速冻融循环试验和对预应力梁钢绞线进行锈蚀时间为3、6、9 d的电化学快速锈蚀试验以及二者的耦合试验。研究预应力混凝土梁在冻融循环、钢绞线锈蚀和二者耦合作用下预应力损失的规律,并建立预应力构件的有效预应力与冻融循环次数、锈蚀率的关系式。研究结果表明,对预应力构件预应力损失影响最大的是预应力构件钢绞线的锈蚀,其次是预应力构件的冻融循环,且预应力构件的冻融循环和钢绞线锈蚀的耦合对预应力构件造成的预应力损失远大于预应力构件在冻融循环或钢绞线锈蚀单一作用下造成的预应力损失之和。 By adopting the method of the fast freezing and thawing and the fast corrosion method, the 25,50 and 75 times of freeze-thaw cycles tested on the pre-stressed concrete beam and the corrosion time of the steel strand of the pre-stressed beam are 3, 6 and 9 days for the quick electrochemical corrosion experiment and the coupling experiment of the two factors. Then, the loss pattern of the pre-stress loss of prestressed concrete beams under the action of the freeze-thaw cycle, the steel strand corrosion and the coupling of the two factors are discussed and also the relation formula among the effective pre-stress, the times of freeze-thaw circle and the corrosion rate of the pre-stressed components is constructed. The research result shows that the pre-stress loss of the pre- stressed components is greatly affected by the corrosion of pre-stressed steel strand, and followed by the freezing and thawing cycle of the pre-stressed components, and in addition, that the pre-stressing loss caused by the coupling of the freeze-thaw cycle and steel strand corrosion of the pre-stressed components is much larger than the total of the pre-stressing loss caused by the pre-stressed components under the single action of the freeze- thaw cycle or steel strand corrosion.
