摘要
通过在苯环中心引入两个2-(1,3-二巯基-2-亚基)丙二腈基团,设计合成了苯环扩展的衍生物6CNTM。通过紫外-可见吸收和循环伏安法研究其光学和电化学性质;首次研究了基于材料6CNTM的薄膜OFET的电荷传输性质。结果显示:薄膜OFET器件具有电子传输性能,电子迁移率为6.62×10^(-3)cm^2/V·s,阈值电压(V_(th))为14V,开关比(I_(on)/I_(off))为4×10~2。为将此基团引入并苯化合物中,设计合成高性能、空气中稳定的n-型有机半导体材料提供前瞻性指导。
In this paper, the core - expanded benzene derivative (6CNTM) bearing two 2 - ( 1,3 - dithiol -2 - ylidene) malonitrile group at the central benzene core are designed and synthesized. Here, their optical and electro- chemical properties were investigated by UV - Vis absorption and cyclic voltammetry . Importantly, the charge transport properties of thin film OFET based - on 6CNTM were stuied for the first time. Thin film OFETs shows electron transport performance (μe = 6.6×10^-3 cm^2/V . s, Vth = 14V and Ion/Ioff = 4×10^2). This result comtimed acenes modified by two moieties are promising high -performance, ambient -stable n -type organic semiconductors.
