摘要
村庄改造是新农村建设的重大基础工程,是改善农村居住环境的一项民心工程,更是缩小城乡差距,改变城乡二元结构的实事工程。浦东新区区委、区府非常重视这项工作,自2010年开始就启动了《浦东新区村庄改造五年(2010-2014年)行动方案》,并于计划时间内成功完成涉及浦东新区基本农田保护区域内17个镇、230个行政村、20.31万户农户的村庄改造任务。在村庄改造的整个工作中,河道整治可谓起着画龙点睛的重要作用,本文以浦东新区祝桥镇村庄改造河道整治工作实践为例,指出了村庄改造河道整治工程的特点,并简单总结建设管理过程中的一些注意事项。
Village reconstruction is the major infrastructure in the new village construction, which is a benefit project for improving rural living standard, and a matter-of-fact project for shortening urban- rural gap and improving urban-rural two-tier structure. Pudong New Area district party committee and government attached great importance to this work. They made a plan named ＂ the pudong new area of the village reconstruction five years （2010-2014）＂.They successfully completed the task involving 17 towns, 230 administrative villages and 203100 farmers＇s households. In village reconstruction, riverway improvement plays the most important role. This article taked an example of the riverway reconstruction work in the village reconstruction of Zhuqiao Town, Pudong New Area, and then pointed out the characteristics of village renovation river regulation, briefly summarizing some points for attention in the process of construction management.
