摘要
介绍传统机载通信中继系统的系统架构和工作流程,在其基础上提出一种基于VOIP技术的新型中继系统架构,并对该新型中继系统的系统架构、工作原理进行描述,同时详细阐述其运用的关键技术——VOIP话音编解码技术、传输技术和活动话音检测技术。比较分析表明,该新型中继系统具有高灵活性、跨频段、中继距离远等优点,可作为后续中继系统研制的重要参考。
The system architecture and working flow of traditional airborne communication relay system is described. Based on traditional relay communication system, a new relay communication system based on VOIP technology is proposed. This paper tells of the principle and key-technology of the new relay communication system, including the application of VOIP speech coding and decoding technology, transmission technology and active voice detection technology.Comparative analysis shows that this new relay communication system for its strong flexibility, cross frequency band and far relay-range, may serve as an important reference for the future engineering development of relay communication system.
