摘要
研究我国省域诚信环境的动态评价问题。从社会、政治、经济、金融四个维度构建了测度诚信环境的指标体系;基于我国31个省区市2009—2013年时间序列数据,运用熵权-TOPSIS,对各省区市的诚信环境进行了动态评估;以江苏省为例,利用灰色绝对关联度分析了影响诚信环境的重点要素。
A study is made on evaluating the integrity environment of provincial cities by building twelve Tier - II indicators for measuring the integrity environment from social, political, economic and financial dimensions. Based on time-sequential data of 31 provinces and municipalities in the years of 2009 to 2013 in China, a was made to the integrity environment of the provinces and municipalities by using entropy-weight and TOPSIS. An analysis is made on the key factors that affect the integrity environment by using grey absolute correlation.
