摘要
滇西抗战时期的外侨,在战时乃至战后,都是国民政府关注的特殊群体。大理作为滇西重要的交通枢纽,来往外侨自然成为保护与监控的对象。从中央至地方构建起的监控网络将外侨信息资料、行踪编入记录之中,使外侨的异动处于权力的监视之下。
Foreign residents were the special group paid attention to by the national government during and even after the anti-Japanese war in western Yunnan. Dali County is an important transportation hub in western Yunnan, which makes foreign residents the objects of protection and monitoring. The monitoring network from central to local government records the information and whereabouts of foreign residents, keeping their abnormal action under the surveillance of power.
