摘要
通过具体工程实例介绍了水泥土搅拌桩施工工艺的主要七个步骤,以及成桩后的均匀性、单桩承载力、复合地基承载力三个指标的质量检验方法与过程,最后通过具体试验数据进行分析,得出了各项指标满足设计要求的结果。由此可见,水泥土搅拌桩对软土地基加固技术是可行的,可以对地基起到良好加固的作用。
This paper introduces the seven main steps of cement soil mixing pile construction technology through the specific engineering example. And the quality inspection method of three indicators such as the uniformity, the bearing capacity of single pile and the bearing capacity of composite foundation after the pile is formed, is also presented. At last, the results meeting the design requirements of the indicators are obtained through the experimental data analysis. Thus, the technology of cement soil mixing pile is feasible for the soft soil foundation. It can get good effect for foundation reinforcement.
