沁河倒虹吸出口控制闸闸门埋件融冰设施的研究及应用

摘要 南水北调中线一期工程总干渠常年通水,为满足闸门冬季冰期运行要求,沁河倒虹吸出口控制闸弧形工作闸门设有埋件真空热管融冰设施。该设施以PTC热敏陶瓷电加热器为热源,以超导液体为传热介质,利用真空热管设备直接加热埋件,防止闸门止水橡皮与埋件冻结在一起,从而实现融冰。本文着重介绍了PTC热敏陶瓷和真空热管技术的技术特性和工作特点,沁河控制闸弧工作闸门埋件融冰设备及其PLC控制系统的构造及组成等。希望能为钢闸门需要融冰的水利工程提供参考。 Main canal of the middle route of South to North Water Transfer project requires perennial water. In order to meet the requirement of winter ice age gate operation, vacuum heat pipe ice melting facilities is settled in the embedded parts of Qinhe inverted siphon outlet arc control gate. The facility uses PTC thermal sensitive ceramic electric heater as heat source, uses superconducting liquid as heat transfer medium, uses vacuum heat pipe equipment to heat gate embedded parts directly, prevents gate seal rubber and embedded parts are frozen together, so as to re- alize the ice melting. This article introduces the technology characteristics and work characteristics of PTC thermal sensitive ceramic and vacuum heat pipe technology emphatically, introduces the conformation and composition of ice melting device of Qinhe control gate embedded parts and its PLC control system and so on. I hope providing a reference for steel gate needs to melt the ice water conservancy project.
