摘要
目的探讨护理风险管理在肿瘤内科护理管理中的效果。方法选取我院肿瘤患者共100例,将患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各50例。其中给予对照组常规护理,给予观察组护理风险管理,分析比较两组患者的护理效果。结果风险事件发生率上,观察组为4%,对照组为10%。护理满意率上,观察组为98%,对照组为88%。两组患者的风险事件发生率及护理满意率差异均存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对肿瘤内科患者实施护理风险管理效果显著。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing risk management in the nursing management of department of internal medicine. Methods A total of 100 patients with tumor in our hospital were selected. The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing care,the observation group was given nursing risk management,analysis and comparison of the two groups of patients with nursing effect. Results The incidence rate of risk events was 4% in the observation group and 10% in the control group. Nursing satisfaction,the observation group was 98%,the control group was 88%. There was a significant difference in the incidence of risk events and nursing satisfaction in the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of nursing risk management in department of internal medicine patients is significant.
