普美显磁共振肝脏增强扫描方案的优化研究 被引量:3

摘要 选取本院2014年5月~2015年5月62例肝硬化病人为研究对象,将患者抽签随机分为观察组与对照组,每组31例。观察组行Gd-EOB-DTPA MR增强扫描,对照组行Dd-DTPA MR增强扫描,采用盲法比较两组动脉早、晚期,门脉第1、2期,延迟第1、2期的呼吸伪影分值,并采用5分评分法定义中重度伪影(≤3分)发生率。观察组动脉晚期呼吸伪影分值、门脉第2期呼吸伪影分值及延迟第2期呼吸伪影分值低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。观察组动脉晚期出现呼吸伪影58.06%及中重度伪影29.32%高于对照组25.80%、6.45%,差异明显(P〈0.05)。静脉团注Gd-EOB-DTPA更易引起动脉期伪影,单期扫描、降低屏气时间并准确应用动脉检测技术可能提高Gd-EOB-DTPA动脉期采集的图像质量。
