摘要
随着钻井工艺需要的提升和钻井设备自动化程度的提高,当代钻井作业对石油钻机的绞车提出了新的要求,要求钩载更大,钩速更高,如何在不过度增加成本的情况下提升设备性能成为关键,本文对传统的单轴单速电动绞车的传动方案进行改进,以求在尽量少增加成本的前提下来提升绞车性能。
With the development of drilling process and equipment,new requirements are imposed on the winch for petroleumdrilling rigs in modern drilling operations. For example,larger hooking load and high hooking speed are needed,and to enhanceequipment performance without greatly increasing the cost is the key factor. This paper studies the transmission scheme improvementof the conventional electric winch with single-shaft and single-speed so as to enhance winch performance without increasing extracost as much as possible.
