摘要
目的 对胃十二指肠穿孔应用超声诊断的临床价值进行分析研究。方法 选取于2014年2月~2015年12月在我院接受治疗的胃十二指肠穿孔患者66例,对以上患者分别进行腹部X线片以及超声检查,对以上两种影像学检查结果进行对照研究。结果 超声诊断胃十二指肠穿孔的准确率高于腹部X线片检查（95.45%vs.75.76%）,并且超声诊断十二指肠穿孔和胃穿孔的准确率均高于腹部X线片检查（94.29%、96.77%vs.74.29%、77.42%）,组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 胃十二指肠穿孔应用超声诊断的临床价值高。
Objective Clinical value of ultrasound diagnosis for gastroduodenal perforation is to be analyzed. Methods Chose 66 patients with gastroduodenal perforation who were treated in hospital from February 2014 to December 2015 and had them with abdominal X-ray diagnosis and ultrasound diagnosis respectively,and then observed and compared diagnosis accuracy of these two methods.ResultsUltrasound was much more accurated than abdominal X-ray in diagnosis of gastroduodenal perforation （95.45%vs. 75.76%）,and what’s more,ultrasound was much more accurate than abdominal X-ray in diagnosis of duodenal perforation and gastric perforation as wel（94.29%、96.77%vs.74.29%、77.42%）,there was a difference between these two diagnosis methods,and such a differential has statistic value according to T-Check（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Ultrasound diagnosis is much more accurate in diagnosis of patients with gastroduodenal perforation.
