摘要
目的 探讨气相色谱法对盐酸头孢卡品酯中溶剂残留量测定的有效性。方法 在色谱条件：HP-FFAP色谱柱,色谱柱初温50℃,进行程序式升温,氮气载气下对盐酸头孢卡品酯中7种溶剂残留量采取毛细管气相色谱法通过内标法进行测定。结果 通过测定证实甲苯、甲醇、甲基叔丁基醚、乙醇、乙酸乙酯、丙酮、异丙醇7种有机溶剂线性良好,平均回收率98.1%~100.2%,RSD 0.92~3.08。最低检出限1.6~3.5mg/L。结论 毛细管气相色谱法检测方法灵敏,结果可靠而准确,适用于对盐酸头孢卡品酯内有机溶剂残留量测定。
Objective To investigate the effectiveness of gas chromatography for the residual solvents in the determination of Cefcapene Pivoxil Hydrochloride. MethodsChromatographic conditions： HP-FFAPcolumn,column chromatography and initial temperature of 50 DEG C,program type heating, nitrogen carrier gas,in 7 kinds of solvent residues with proper by internal standard method of determinated for capilary gas chromatography.ResultsThe results showed that toluene,methanol,methyl tert butyl ether,ethanol,ethyl acetate,acetone,and 7 kinds of organic solvents,the average recovery rate was 98.1% to 100.2%,RSD 0.92 to 3.08. The minimum detection limit was 1.6 to 3.5 mg/L.ConclusionThe method is sensitive,reliable and accurate,and can be used for the determination of residual organic solvents in the determination of organic solvents in the Cefcapene Pivoxil Hydrochloride.
