摘要
目的观察分析小牛血清去蛋白注射液对脑干的保护作用。方法选取我院收治的原发性脑干损伤患者共76例,将所有患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各38例,对照组采用常规方法对患者进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用小牛血清去蛋白注射液对患者进行治疗,观察两组患者在治疗24 h、3 d、7 d后的头颅CT密度、颅内压力、Glasgow评分及治疗后的临床效果。结果在治疗第7 d后观察组患者在头颅CT密度、颅内压力均低于对照组,Glasgow评分高于对照组,观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小牛血清去蛋白注射液可增强脑细胞的能量代谢,促进脑功能恢复,对脑干的保护有积极作用。
Objective To observe and analyze the protective effect of calf serum albumin injection on the brain stem.MethodsIn our hospital,original brainstem injury in patients with a total of 76 cases,al patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each with 38 cases. Control group used the conventional methods for the treatment,the observation group in the control group using calf serum albumin injection for the treatment. Observed treatment of 24 h,3 d,7 d after CT density,intracranial pressure,Glasgow score and the clinical effect of patients in the two groups. Results After treatment 7 d,in observation group patients in the examination of CT density,intracranial pressure were significantly lower than those in the control group,Glasgow score was higher than that of the control group,the observed group,the total efficiency was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statisticaly significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Calf serum albumin injection can enhance the energy metabolism of brain cels,promote the recovery of brain function,and has a positive effect on the protection of the brain stem.
