摘要
目的研究中药抱茎苦荬菜的化学成分。方法采用大孔吸附树脂、聚酰胺色谱、硅胶柱色谱﹑Sephadex LH-20柱色谱﹑ODS柱色谱和制备液相等色谱手段进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和波谱学等方法鉴定其结构。结果从抱茎苦荬菜植物的70%乙醇提取物中分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为木犀草素-7-龙胆二糖苷、luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranoside、5,7-二羟基-4′-甲氧基-黄酮-7-芦丁糖苷、木犀草素、木犀草素-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷、木犀草素7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸苷、芹菜素、7β-羟基-β-谷甾醇。结论木犀草素-7-龙胆二糖苷、木犀草素7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸苷和7β-羟基-β-谷甾醇是从苦荬菜属首次分离得到的化合物。
Objective To research the chemical composition of one traditional Chinese medicine called Ixeris sonchifolia(Bge.) Hance.Methods Macroporous adsorption resin,polyamide column chromatography,silica column chromatography,sephadex LH-20 column chromatography,ODS column chromatography and preparative liquid chromatograph were used to separation and purification.Structure identification was conducted according to physical and chemical properties and spectroscopy of compounds.Results 8 compounds separated from the 70% ethanol extract of Ixeris sonchifolia(Bge.)Hance and were respectively reseda-7-diglucoside gentianae,luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1 →2)-β-D-glucopyranoside,5,7-2 hydroxy-4′-methoxy-flavonoids-7-glycosidic rutin,luteolin,mignonette element-7-O-β-D-pyran glycosidase,mignonette,7-O-β-D-pyran glucuronic acid glycosides,apigenin and 7β-hydroxy-beta sitosterol.Conclusion Compounds reseda-7-diglucoside gentianae,mignonette,7-O-β-D-pyran glucuronic acid glycosides and 7β-hydroxy-beta sitosterol were the first isolation from Ixeris genus.
