营养护理对终末期肾病血液透析患者生活质量的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的观察营养护理对终末期肾病血液透析患者生活质量的影响。方法将我院收治的79例终末期肾病患者依不同护理方式分为两组,对照组36例予常规护理,观察组43例在常规护理基础上予营养护理,对比两组患者的营养状态及生活质量评分。结果观察组护理后营养状态较对照组明显改善,护理后躯体功能、生理功能、心理状态、社会功能评分较对照组显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论营养护理能够有效提高终末期肾病血液透析患者生活质量,改善营养状态,可推广应用。 Objective To observe the effect of nutritional nursing on the quality of life of end-stage renal disease patients with hemodialysis. Methods 79 cases of end-stage renal disease patients treated with hemodialysis selected in our hospital were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods, 36 cases in control group were given routine nursing, 43 cases in observation group were given routine nursing and nutrition nursing, the nutritional status and quality of life scores of two groups were compared. Results The nutritional status of the observation group after nursing was improved significantly than the control group, body function, physical function, mental status and social function scores were significantly higher than the control group, with significant difference(P〈0.05). Conclusion Nutrition nursing can effectively improve the quality of life of patients with end-stage renal disease, can improve the nutritional status, it can be applied.
