摘要
目的 研究穴位贴敷联合神灯照射对糖尿病便秘患者的干预效果。方法 随机选取2015年3月-2016年3月,本院接治的90例糖尿病患者为对象,将接受穴位贴敷联合神灯照射干预的30例患者分配到观察组,将接受麻仁丸通便治疗的30例患者划分到麻仁丸通便组,将接受穴位贴敷治疗的30例患者分配到贴敷组,对比三组患者的便秘发生情况。结果 观察组便秘发生率为3.33%;麻仁丸通便组便秘发生率为43.33%,贴敷组便秘发生率为40.00%,三组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 将穴位贴敷联合神灯照射应用于糖尿病便秘的临床干预中,能够有效的降低糖尿病患者出现便秘的几率。
Objective To study the intervention effect of acupoint application combined with infrared radiation on diabetic patients with constipation. Methods Randomly selected March 2015 to March 2016, 90 cases of diabetic patients in our hospital received treatment as the object, will accept acupoint dressing combined with TDP irradiation intervention 30 cases patients were randomized to observation group, will accept Maren Pills treatment of 30 cases of patients were divided to Maren Pills group, will be connected by acupoint application in the treatment of 30 cases of patients assigned to paste packing group, compared three groups of patients with constipation occurred. Results In the observation group, the incidence of constipation was 3.33%; Maren Pills group constipation occurrence rate was 43.33%, paste packing group constipation occurrence rate was 40.00%, the difference between the three groups had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupoint dressing combined with TDP irradiation applied in clinical intervention of diabetic constipation, can effectively reduce the risk of diabetes patients with constipation.
