摘要
目的 对针灸治疗脑卒中偏瘫的治疗效果进行观察分析。方法 选取我院2014年2月1日-2016年1月31日收治的脑卒中偏瘫患者共计112例,随机分为治疗组和对照组。为对照组患者予以熏洗治疗,治疗组患者予以针灸治疗,比较两组疗效。结果 对照组患者经治疗总有效率为76.79%（43/56）,治疗组患者经治疗总有效率为92.86%（53/56）,治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）,获得了较好疗效。结论 以针灸方法治疗脑卒中偏瘫效果令人满意,值得临床推广。
Objective To discuss therapeutic effect of acupuncture in treatment of cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia to observe. Methods Choose from February 1,2014 to January 31, 2016 a total of 112 patients with cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. For the control group patients give fumigation treatment, acupuncture therapy for the treatment group patients. compared two groups of curative effect. Results Control group patients after the treatment the total effective rate was 76.79%（43/56）, the treatment group patients after the treatment the total effective rate was 92.86%（53/56）, the treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group（P〈0.05）, and obtained the good curative effect. Conclusion Effect of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia to satisfactory, is worthy of clinical promotion.
