摘要 以‘红颜’草莓品种为试验材料,结合自然天气条件和人工控制光照进行试验,设计不同级别寡照天数处理,研究寡照胁迫对草莓光合特性、叶绿素含量、坐果数、糖分以及外部形态等的影响。结果表明:随着寡照天数的增加,植株叶片的净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率与对照相比明显降低,胞间CO2浓度升高;叶绿素含量随寡照胁迫时间的延长,呈现出先略有上升后大幅下降的变化特征;寡照7天以上对草莓正常生长、坐果数、果实品质产生显著不良影响。综合分析试验研究结果,确定大棚草莓寡照灾害指标:将寡照1-6天划分为轻度灾害(Ⅰ级),寡照7-10天划分为中度灾害(Ⅱ级),寡照10天以上划分为重度灾害(Ⅲ级)。该研究结果可为指导农户进行大棚草莓寡照灾害防御提供科学依据。 Strawberry cultivar 'hongyan' was chosen to undergo a scant light experiment of artificial control light combining with natural weather conditions, and the photosynthesis parameters, chlorophyll content, fruit number, fruit sugar content and external form of strawberry were measured under different sunlight shortage treatments. The results showed that: the net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance and the transpiration rate of strawberry leaves were significantly lower than that under the natural sunlight, but the intercellular CO2 concentration changed oppositely. The behavior of chlorophyll content slightly increased initially then sharply decreased as the scant light time went on. The strawberry growth, fruit number and fruit quality would be significantly affected if the scant light continued for more than 7 days. The scant light disaster indicators of strawberry in greenhouse were identified on the basis of comprehensively analyzing the experimental results: the duration of 1-6 days' scant light could be regarded as mild disaster (grade Ⅰ ), the duration of 7-10 days' scant light could be regarded as moderate hazard (grade Ⅱ ), and 10 days or more as severe disaster (grade Ⅲ). The results can provide scientific basis for guiding the farmers to prevent the scant light disaster on strawberry production in greenhouse.
