摘要
目的探讨关节镜下手术治疗滑雪者距骨外侧突骨折的应用价值。方法回顾性分析16例关节镜下手术治疗滑雪者距骨外侧突骨折的病例,分析关节镜治疗的方法和疗效。结果所有患者6周内均到达临床愈合标准。使用Kenwrght四级分类法评定术后功能,优良率为87.5%。结论关节镜下手术治疗滑雪者距骨外侧突骨折有微创、恢复快的优势,更适合于有骨折片移位的HawkinsⅠ型距骨外侧突骨折。
Objective To explore the curative effect of the adjuvant treatment of ankle arthroscopy for skiers with talus fractures. Methods Sixteen cases of skiers with talus fractures were analyzed retrospectively,and the methods and effects of the adjuvant treatment of ankle arthroscopy were studied. Results All patients achieved clinical cure within 6 weeks. Scored by Kenwrght,excellent was 14 cases,and the rates of excellent and good were 87. 5%. Conclusion The adjuvant treatment of ankle arthroscopy for skiers with talus fractures has the advantages of minimal trauma,rapid recovery,which has higher clinical value in the patients with the displaced sacral fractures of HawkinsⅠ.
