摘要
地铁变形监测包含物理状态监测和几何形态监测两部分,目前几何形态监测主要采用高精度全站仪进行,而且正在向自动化方向发展。介绍基于测量机器人的自动化监测系统构建思路,通过监视器完成数据采集功能,通过分析器实现监测的数据处理、数据分析和实时预警功能。建成系统已在某地铁项目中投入使用,应用结果表明,基于测量机器人的变形监测系统具有自动化程度高、测量成果可靠、实用性强等特点。
Underground deformation monitoring includes two parts physical condition monitoring and geometry monitoring,at present,the geometry monitoring mainly adopts high precision total station,and it develop in the direction of automation.This paper introduces the automatic monitoring system based on measuring robot to construct,the system through the monitor to complete data acquisition function,through the analyzer monitoring data processing,data analysis and real-time warning function.The built system has been put into use in a metro project.The application result shows that the deformation monitoring system based on measuring the robot has a high degree of automation,reliable measurement results,strong practicability,etc.
