以旅游电商为核心的旅游服务供应链协调研究 被引量:5

摘要 随着经济社会的发展,旅游需求日益旺盛,旅游业受到国内外产业界和学术界的普遍关注。近年来,我国在线旅游规模大幅攀升,逐步取代旅行社在旅游服务供应链的核心地位。为解决因旅游电商企业高速扩张引发旅游业服务质量下降进而导致游客投诉严重的问题,通过引入收益共享机制,建立旅游服务供应链协调模型。在不影响旅游电商企业争取上游供应商资源的前提下,通过求解分析发现,收益共享机制的引入能够提升旅游服务供应链的服务质量,增加供应链各节点企业及供应链整体的利润水平,对改善电商旅游乱象丛生的局面大有裨益。 With the development of economic society and increasingly vigorous tourism demands,tourism industry has received general concerns from industrial circles and academic circles home and abroad.Recently,the scale of online tourism in China has a sharp rise.The online tourism has gradually replaced the core status of travel agent in tourism service supply chain.In order to settle the serious complaints due to reduction of tourism service quality caused by the high-speed expansion of e-commerce companies in tourism industry,a supply chain coordination model of tourism services is built by introducing revenue sharing system.On the premise of not influencing tourism e-commerce companies striving for resources of upper stream suppliers,it is found out after solution and analysis that the introduction of revenue sharing system can promote the service quality of tourism service supply chain,improve profit level of each joint enterprise of supply chain and the overall supply chain,and is of great advantages in improving chaotic situation of e-commerce tourism.
