摘要
采用大学新生适应量表(FARS)和大学生人格测验量表(UPI),对大一新生进行问卷调查,探究适应困扰与心理健康水平的关系。结果表明,心理问题的检出率为18.1%,专科生的检出率高于本科生。女生的检出率高于男生;不同心理健康水平的新生在学习方法困扰无显著差异,在适应性困扰及资源利用、独立生活、职业目标和人际关系上的困扰存在显著的差异(F=5.631-31.691,P〈0.05~0.01);心理健康水平与在适应性困扰及资源利用、独立生活、职业目标和人际关系的困扰存在显著的相关(r=0.245~0.524,P〈0.01);心理健康水平对新生适应性、资源利用困扰、独立生活困扰、人际关系困扰具有预测性(F=20.44~120.97,R^2=0.06~0.28)。心理健康水平对新生的适应性、资源利用困扰、独立生活困扰、职业目标困扰和人际关系困扰具有显著的预测性.是影响适应性的重要因素。
Freshmen Adjustment Rating Scale(FARS) andUniversity Personality(UP1) Inventory were used to freshmen to explore the relationship between the mental health and adaptability of freshmen. Theresults showed that 18.1% freshmen had mental health problems, there were more junior college studentswho had mental health problems than that of undergraduates, and more girls than boys; No significantdifference existed in study of freshmen though freshmen's mental health were difference, but freshmen'sadaptability, resource utilization, independent living, career objective and relationship weresignificantdifferent in freshmen's different mental health level (F=5.631-31.691,P〈0.05-0.01);Mental health level offreshmen significant correlated with freshmen's adaptability, resource utilization, independent living,career objective and relationship (r=0.245-0.524, P〈0.01); Freshmen's Mental health level can predicttheir adaptability, resource utilization, independent living, relationships (F=20.44-120.97, R^2=0.06-0.28). itis conduded that freshmen's mental health can predictindependent living, career objective and relationship, it'sfreshmen's adaptability.
