摘要
为避免不必要的网络切换,提高切换性能问题,提出一种垂直切换动态决策模型.该模型网络分析单元根据带宽、费用和能耗综合评价各个网络的状态;然后,网络发现单元对接收信号强度和设备移动速度结合静态因素进行综合分析,从候选网络中挑选出评分最高的目标网络.通过对模型进行仿真测试发现该模型可以有效的减少网络切换次数.
To improve the performance of handoff and avoid unnecessary network handoff, a vertical handoff decision model is proposed. The network analysis unit evaluated the state of each network according to the bandwidth,cost and energy consumption,the network discovery unit then made comprehensive analysis of the received signal strength and mobile device moving speed together with static factors, and finally,the model picked out the best score target network from the candidates and executed the vertical handoff. The simulation test shows that the model can effectively reduce the switching frequency of the network.
