摘要
为了防止施工过程中由于作业内管柱被堵而带出井内的油液污染海洋环境,井下作业施工技术人员和工人技师经过两年的反应试验研究,成功研制了打捞管柱防污染短节,应用后有效了降低了打捞管柱施工中的污染,平均提高工作效率12.8%,实现了降耗增效的目的,具有良好的推广应用价值。
In order to prevent the construction process due to work within the string stuck out of the Wells in the oil pollution to the Marine environment,underground work construction technicians after two years of technical personnel and workers reaction experiment research,successfully developed a fishing string pollution prevention short section,after the application effectively reduce the pollution in the fishing string construction,improve the work efficiency by an average of 2.8%,achieved the purpose of efficiency improvement,good popularization and application value.
