摘要 自2013年开始,我院法学部为了落实学校实训教学改革的指导意见,开展了刑法案例辩论实训教学改革方案设计与教学实践活动,改变以往以结果评价为主的考核标准,重点突出实训活动的过程评价,经过认真的设计和三年的实训教学改革摸索及经验总结,实训教学改革取得了良好的效果,现将实训方法及评价标准予以呈示,以期同行们借鉴与指正。 Since 2013, in order to carry out the guidance of the teaching reform of practical training, the law department of our college has carried on the design and teaching practice of the practical teaching reform of the criminal case debate, changed the main evaluation criteria based on the previous results evaluation, highlighted the process evaluation of the practical teaching, and by careful design and three years of fumbling and summarizing experience on training teaching reform, we have achieved good results in the reform of the training teaching. Now we put the training methods and evaluation criteria to be presented in order to expect the peer to learn and correct.
