摘要
三网融合所涉及的范围很广,不仅牵扯到业务、网络等有关内容,还和运营、终端等内容有一定的联系,是一个很复杂的概念。三网融合的实施对促进我国参与全球信息技术竞争是非常有利的,最终能使我国朝着信息技术的制高点前进。在三网融合的背景下,融合信息的开放性、交融性等特征使得网络信息安全性面临很大的挑战。基于此,文章以三网融合背景下信息安全问题和三网融合背景下的信息安全保障体系的建设为核心展开详细的讨论,希望以此能促进我国信息行业的更好发展。
