乳腺癌根治术后上肢淋巴水肿测量方法的研究 被引量：7

摘要 上肢淋巴水肿是乳腺癌根治术后常见并发症之一,不仅会引起生理上的肩关节功能障碍及外形改变,还会给患者的心理产生负面影响,降低术后生存质量。目前通过测量上肢臂围可评估上肢淋巴水肿的程度及预测上肢淋巴水肿的发生。为了及早发现上肢淋巴水肿,便于乳腺癌根治术后淋巴水肿的治疗,现就乳腺癌根治术后上肢淋巴水肿测量两种常用方法进行比较,现报告如下。
