甘肃省盐碱地主要植物群落土壤理化性质及酶活性研究 被引量:6

Studyon soil enzyme activities and soil physicochemical properties of main plant communities in saline and alkaline land in Gansu Province

摘要 对甘肃省盐碱地主要植物群落土壤按S型选取0-5和5-10cm土层样品,测定了土壤理化性质和土壤脲酶、过氧化氢酶、碱性磷酸酶及脱氢酶活性。结果表明:荒漠盐碱地主要植物群落土壤理化性质及酶活性有着较大差异,狗尾草群落的土壤容重、土壤脲酶和过氧化氢酶活性均大于其他植物群落,分别为1.55g/cm3,0.76mg/(g·24h)和7.33mg/(g·20min);碱性磷酸酶在冰草群落最高,为0.13mg/g;土壤pH在甘草群落最高,为9.20;花花柴群落全盐和电导率值均最大,分别为184.2g/kg和57.55MS/CM;冰草群落的土壤水分最高达26.88%,芦苇群落的脱氢酶具最大活性,为2.65μg/(g·24h);同一植物群落,除冰草、甘草和骆驼刺群落的土壤水分5-10cm土层显著高于0-5cm土层之外,其余植物群落的土壤水分、pH、全盐及电导率值均随土层的加深而减小,土壤容重随土层的加深而增大,土壤酶活性多表现为随土层的加深而降低;不同植物群落土壤理化性质和各种酶之间有不同程度的相关性。 The samples from 0to 5and 5to 10 cm layers were used to study the soil physicochemical properties and activities of soil urease,catalase,alkaline phosphatase and dehydrogenase of main plant communities in saline and alkaline soil of Gansu.The results showed that the soil physicochemical properties and soil enzyme activities of the main plant communities were quite different,the soil bulk density,the activities of urease and catalase of Setaria viridis community were higher than other plant communities,and they were 1.55g/cm3,0.76mg/(g·24h)and 7.33 mg/(g·20 min);the activity of alkaline phosphatase was the highest in Agropyron cristatum community which was 0.13mg/g;the pH was the highest(9.20)in Glycyrrhiza uralensis community;total salt content and conductivity were the highest in Karelinia caspia community(184.2g/kg and 57.55MS/CM);The soil water content in Agropyron cristatumcommunity was the highest(26.88%);dehydrogenase had the maximum activity 2.65μg/(g·24h)in Phragmites australis community.In the same plant community,soil water content,pH value,total salt content,conductivity and activities of soil enzyme decreased with the soil depth,and the soil bulk density increased with soil depth except for soil water content in Agropyron cristatum community,Glycyrrhiza uralensis community and Alhagi sparsifolia community.
