摘要
目的:观察不同剂量利拉鲁肽对2型糖尿病合并肥胖患者的临床疗效。方法:随机选择2014年1月-2015年12月至笔者所在医院进行2型糖尿病合并肥胖治疗的患者180例。依据随机数字表将患者分为观察组与对照组各90例,两组患者均给予常规治疗,对照组给予0.6 mg利拉鲁肽皮下注射,1次/d,7 d后增加为1.2 mg皮下注射,1次/d。观察组患者前期治疗方案同对照组,14 d后剂量增加为1.8 mg皮下注射,1次/d。结果:治疗后两组患者各项指标均明显降低,但观察组比对照组降低的更加明显,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者出现的不良反应均为恶心、呕吐等胃肠道症状。观察组不良反应发生率略高于对照组,但组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:使用0.6 mg利拉鲁肽初始剂量,最终增加至1.8 mg作为维持剂量对2型糖尿病合并肥胖的患者进行治疗疗效更佳,且效果安全。
Objective：To observe the clinical effect of different doses Liraglutide in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and obesity.Method：From January 2014 to December 2015,180 cases with type 2 diabetes mellitus and obesity who admitted in our hospital were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each group of 90 cases.Two groups were given conventional treatment.The Liraglutide 0.6 mg was used for subcutaneous injection in the control group,7 d after the dose was increased to 1.2 mg subcutaneous injection,1 time/d.The patients in the observation group were treated with the same control group,14 d after the dose was increased to 1.8 mg subcutaneous injection,1 time/d.Result：After treatment,the indicators of the two groups were significantly lower,but the observation group decreased more significantly than the control group,and with the difference between groups（P〈0.05）.Adverse reactions in the two groups were nausea,vomiting and other gastrointestinal symptoms.The adverse reaction rate of observation group was slightly higher than the control group,but no difference between the two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Use of 0.6 mg liraglutide initial dose,and ultimately increase to 1.8 mg as a maintenance dose of type 2 diabetes with obesity patients treatment curative effect is better, and the effect of security.
