热浸镀工艺对热成形钢铝硅镀层的影响 被引量:2

The Effect of Hot-Dipping Process on the Aluminum-Silicon Coating of Hot Formed Steel

摘要 热浸镀铝硅钢板具有优良的耐热耐腐蚀性能、抗高温氧化性能和外观装饰性能等,得到了十分普遍的应用。利用CAG-Ⅲ热浸镀锌模拟试验机针对不同热浸镀工艺对热成形钢板进行热浸镀铝硅实验,通过扫描电镜等手段进行表面和截面形貌观察及能谱分析。实验结果表明,铝硅镀层截面组织主要由铝基固溶体、Al-Fe-Si三元合金和Fe-Al二元合金组成,当浸镀温度690℃,浸镀时间5s时为最优浸镀工艺。 Hot dipped aluminum-silicon steel sheet,with its excellent heat corrosion resistance,high temperature oxidation resistance and appearance decorative property,has been widely applied.CAG-III hot dipping galvanizing simulating test machine was used to carry out hot dipped aluminum silicon experiments with different hot dipping processes.Surface and cross section morphology observation and energy spectrum analysis were performed with scanning electron microscope(SEM).The experimental results showed that the cross section structure of Al-Si coating is mainly composed of aluminum solid solution,Al-Fe-Si ternary alloy and Fe-Al binary alloy and,when the dipping temperature was at 690 ℃,a dipping time of 5s formed the optimal process.
