摘要 为解决水平井多级分段压裂施工后工具串取出困难的问题,研制了用于水平井分段压裂的易钻桥塞。该易钻桥塞在国外成熟技术的基础上进行了改进和创新设计,除卡瓦外全部采用非金属复合材料,并对复合材料进行反复试验优选;设计中整体采用无螺纹连接方式,取消了锁环锁定机构,同时增加了整体防转机构,彻底避免了非金属材料螺纹和锁扣连接强度不足及钻磨空转的问题,提高了易钻桥塞的耐温耐压指标和易磨铣性能。通过4套次室内模拟试验验证,该桥塞投送坐封力学性能可靠,耐温耐压指标及钻磨处理性能满足现场使用要求。易钻桥塞的研制成功为水平井压裂技术的现场应用提供了技术支持。 Considering the status and the development requirements of horizontal well multistage fracturing supporting technology,and to address the difficult tool string retrieving issue of post-horizontal well multistage fracturing,the easy drillable bridge plug for horizontal well multistage fracturing has been developed. The bridge plug is an improvement and innovative design result based on the foreign mature technology. Besides the slips,the whole plug is made of non-metallic composite materials which has been tested and optimized. The design adopts non-threaded connection,eliminates lock-ring locking mechanism,and adds the overall anti-rotation mechanism,so that to address poor strength of non-metallic material screw connection and milling problem,thus increasing the bridge plug's temperature and pressure resistance and milling performance. Four indoor simulation tests have proved that the bridge plug has a reliable setting mechanical properties,and its temperature and pressure resistance and milling performance could meet the field requirements.
