摘要
升力波动产生的涡激振动会大大影响弹性支撑及细长柔性结构物的寿命。通过数值模拟的方法在不同来流角度及多个间隙比条件下,针对3根附属杆抑制装置对立管所受流体力的抑制效果、泄涡模式及抑制机理进行深入研究。研究结果表明,附属杆对立管涡街及其产生的拖曳力系数平均值和升力系数均方根值有较好的抑制效果,对立管的泄涡有较好的抑制效果。当间隙比为0.7~0.8时,对于不同的来流角度均有较好的抑制效果,此时对升力系数均方根值CRMSL的抑制率可以超过75%;间隙比和来流角度对附属杆的抑制效果影响较大,间隙比过小或过大都不能达到较好的抑制效果。所得结论可为我国海洋立管的涡激振动抑制装置研究提供参考。
Vortex-induced vibration( VIV) caused by lift fluctuation could greatly impact the life of the elastic and elongated flexible structure. Using numerical simulation method,in-depth study on the suppression effect,vortex shedding pattern and the suppression mechanism of the three control rods under different inflow angle and clearance ratio has been conducted. The results show that the control rods has a good suppression effect on the riser's vortex street and its corresponding average drag coefficient and lift coefficient root-mean-square values,and also has good suppression effect on the vortex shedding. When the clearance ratio is of 0. 7 to 0. 8,the control rods have a great suppression effect under different inflow angle with a C_L^(RMS)suppression rate of more than 75%. The clearance ratio and inflow angle have great effects on the suppression effect of the three control rods. Neither small nor large clearance ratio could exhibit good suppression effect. The conclusion could provide reference for the study of VIV suppression device of marine riser.
