摘要
山东昌邑石化有限公司汽油加氢装置反应器的压差和径向温差越来越大,生产国Ⅴ汽油馏分出现困难。打开反应器发现催化剂下沉并偏流,催化剂重装回用后不但产品质量达到国Ⅴ要求,而且加工量提高5t/h,说明反应器内催化剂的装填的效果也是影响产品质量的重要因素。
Pressure drop and the radial temperature difference of reactor in gasoline hydrogenation unit were increasing in Shandong Changyi Petrochemical Co,Ltd.Producing of China V gasoline became difficult.Opening the reactor and finding that catalyst sank and drifted.Not only the product of gasoline met china V specification,but also increased 5 ton per hour of feed after reloading catalyst.It showed that the effect of catalyst loading in the reactor was an important factor affecting the quality of the product.
