摘要
布面胶鞋成型过程中使用的鼓压设备属于非标设备,一般都是由胶鞋生产厂家自行制作而成。粘附强度是胶鞋的一个重要物理机械性能指标,直接影响成品鞋的质量。由于原鼓压机鼓压围条的时间不固定,而且鼓压胶鞋围条的两侧及两端的动作分两次完成,造成鼓压时间较长、粘附强度波动较大,直接影响了产品质量和生产效率,对其进行改造,研制出新型围条鼓压机较好的解决了上述问题。
The pressing machine equipments used in the molding process of cloth rubber shoes werenon-standard equipments and usually made by rubber shoes manufacturers.Adhesion strength was an important mechnical property of rubber shoes,which directly affected the quality of finished product.The original equipments' operating time was not fixed,and the processing molding process of foxing was divided into two parts.These resulted in a long operating time and a dramatic fluctuation of adhesion strength which directly affected the product quality and the production efficiency.This article reformed the original equipment and solved the above problem well.
