摘要
分别采用原位沉淀法和浸渍法制备催化剂并在CO_2甲烷化反应体系中考察催化剂的性能。结果表明,原位沉淀法制备的催化剂在反应体系中表现出较好的低温活性;采用XRD、TEM、CO_2-TPD以及XPS对所得催化剂的形貌结构进行了表征,表明:原位沉淀法制备的催化剂具有较小的活性组分粒径和较高的活性组分分散度,以及较高的表面碱性,使其在甲烷化反应中表现出较好的低温活性。
Catalysts were synthesized by in-situ generation method and impregnation method,respectively,and the evaluation of these catalysts was carried out in a CO_2 methanation reaction system.The experimental results showed that the Ni-Ce-LDHs/γ-Al_2O_3 catalyst had better catalytic activity.What's more,catalysts were characterized by XRD,TEM,CO_2-TPD.The results showed that the higher activity at low temperature of catalyst synthesized by in-situ generation method was based on the small particle size and uniform dispersion of active components,as well as the high alkalinity of support.
