牛磺酸对产蛋后期蛋鸡生产性能及蛋壳品质的影响 被引量:6

摘要 为研究饲粮中添加不同水平牛磺酸对产蛋后期蛋鸡生产性能和蛋壳品质的影响,将240只65周龄罗曼褐壳蛋鸡随机分为5个处理,每处理4个重复,每个重复12只鸡。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验1、2、3、4组分别饲喂在基础日粮中添加0.025%、0.050%、0.075%和0.100%牛磺酸的日粮,试验期为10周。结果表明,饲粮中添加0.075%牛磺酸可显著提高产蛋后期蛋鸡的产蛋率、平均蛋重和蛋壳强度(P<0.05);显著降低破蛋率(P<0.05)。饲粮中牛磺酸水平对产蛋后期蛋鸡的采食量、料蛋比、蛋形指数及蛋壳厚度的影响不显著(P>0.05)。 This trial was conducted to study the effects of taurine on performance and eggshell quality traits of brown egglaying hens from 65 wk of age. A total of 240 Lohmann Brown laying hens were randomly allotted to 5 treatments with 4replicates,and each replicate contained 12 layers. The hens in each group was fed with basal diet added taurine of0,0.025%,0.050%,0.075% and 0.100% for 10 weeks, respectively. The results showed that the laying rate,average egg weight and eggshell strength were significantly increased when added 0.075% taurine in the diet of hens at late laying period(P0.05),while the broken egg rate were significantly reduced(P0.05). The results also showed that the level of taurine had no significant effect on feed intake,feed to egg ratio, egg shape index and eggshell thickness(P0.05).
