摘要
CVT现场误差试验普遍采用串联工频谐振升压方式,按谐振点计算选取电抗值,当品质因数较高时,试验过程可能会产生谐振过电压,对被试CVT或试验设备造成损坏。对此,定量分析了误差试验过程产生的谐振过电压,并通过计算非谐振状态下的电压过载倍数选取合适的电抗值。最后在MATLAB/SIMULINK环境下搭建了模拟仿真模型,验证了选取由非谐振算法得到的电抗值时,可满足试验电压要求,并可有效避免谐振过电压的产生。
The series power frequency resonant boosting mode is commonly used in the CVT field error test. The reactance value is selected according to the calculation of resonance point. When the quality factor is higher, the resonance over-voltage may be generated during the test process which will cause the damage of CVT tested or test equipment. Therefore, the resonance over-voltage generated during the error test is quantitatively analyzed and the proper reactance value is chosen by calculating the voltage overload multiple under non-resonant state. Finally, an analog simulation model is built under the MATLAB/SIMULINK environment. It is verified that when the reactance value obtained by the non-resonance algorithm is selected, it can meet the requirement of test voltage and effectively avoid the generation of resonance over-voltage.
