摘要
目的探讨护理前移服务对缩短肿瘤门诊患者候诊时间的应用价值。方法选取肿瘤门诊患者1460例为研究对象,按时间段分为2013年11月4~8日727例为对照组和2014年4月7~11日733例为实验组。对照组采用常规护理;实验组采用护理前移服务进行干预。比较两组候诊时间的长短和就诊满意度。结果实验组患者候诊时间缩短至平均32.69min/人,比对照组的43.35min/人缩短了10.66min/人,两组差异显著(P〈0.05)。实验组患者就诊满意度显著高于对照组,两组差异显著(P〈0.05)。结论应用护理前移服务,可以调动一线护士工作的积极性,抓住就诊流程时间长的关键环节,增加肿瘤门诊患者对就医流程的认识,改善患者的就医体验。
Objective To investigate the effects of nursing forward service on cutting down tumor patients' waiting times for visiting in department of outpatient.Methods 1454 tumor patients were divided into study group(727cases)and control group(727cases).Within two selected time periods(i.e.,November 2013 and April 2014),the control group was given conventional nursing,while the study group was managed with nursing forward service.Length of waiting time and experience of satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Waiting time was decreased to average 32.69min/person in the study group,compared with 43.35 min in the control group(P0.05).The patients' satisfaction of study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P0.05).Conclusion Application of forward service can promote the enthusiasm of work,seize the key link of visit process with a long time,increase tumor outpatients' understanding of these procedures,and improve the patients' experience in medical treatment.
