摘要
为保证汽车车轮平稳和可靠地旋转,汽车轮毂轴承结构型式的选取、寿命的计算及相关部件的配合设计至关重要。基于长期积累的设计经验,介绍了轮毂轴承的结构特点、行驶寿命计算及影响寿命的主要因素。可指导整车设计人员,正确选取轮毂轴承结构及型号(大小),提高设计质量;选用的轴承能更好地满足整车要求。
The selection of vehicle hub beating structure type, life calculation and related parts fit design are very important to guarantee the vehicle wheel to run stably and reliably. This paper introduces the structural properties of hub beating, running life calculation and life influence factors based on long-term design experience, which will guide the vehicle designer to correctly select the hub bearing structure and its dimension, improve the design quality. The beating selected can meet the vehicle requirements.
