摘要
主要针对不同板边插头的结构特点,阐明不同的PCB制作流程,提出了一种单元内增加电镀引线,采用阻焊图形开窗方法将引线蚀刻干净,实现板边插头三面包金,从而优化了制作流程。
According to different structural features of golden finger, this paper mainly illustrates the production process of different kinds of golden fingers. Furthermore, this paper put forward a method of adding conductor trace line inside the unite for golden finger plating, and using soldermask opening method for trace line etching, thus the golden fingers were covered on three sides, which realized the production optimization.
