摘要 针对沥青混合料搅拌站上位机监控系统的操作不便、通讯速率不高等问题,对系统工艺流程和系统要求实现功能等方面进行了研究,提出一种采用组态王作为上位机监控软件、SIMATIC NET作为系统通讯网络的方法。实践结果表明,该系统完整地实现了要求的功能,并且通讯速率达到了生产要求,具有很好的应用前景。 Aiming at problems that the low degree of communication rate and the equipment is inconvenience to operate of the mixed asphalt control system, a configuration software monitoring system was developed for small and medium enterprises, with its own characteristics, simple operation and some versatility, which will have great market potential and economic benefits. The sys- tem technology procedures and the required functions were researched. A method was presented that used kingview as the PC moni- toring software and SIMATIC NET as the system communication network. The results indicate that the functionality of the system can be fully realized and the rate of communication reached the requirements of production, it will have a good application prospect.
