资源型城市能源消费碳排放足迹的动态变化及对策分析——以邢台市为例 被引量:2

Dynamic Change and Measures Analysis of Carbon Footprint of Energy Consumption in Resource-based City:A Case Study of Xingtai City

摘要 采用碳足迹模型分析了2003—2013年邢台市能源消费碳排放足迹、碳排放足迹生态压力和碳排放足迹强度的动态变化。结果表明,近10年来邢台市能源消费量逐年增多,在总能源消费中,化石能源消费所占比例在50%左右。在化石能源消费中,仍以煤炭消费为主,煤炭消费占化石能源消费的97%以上;人均总碳排放足迹变化呈现波动、平稳上升两个阶段,10年间增加了0.748 84 hm2/人。其中,煤炭人均碳足迹变化与人均总碳排放足迹变化一致,石油人均碳足迹总体变化不大,天然气人均碳足迹呈现平稳、波动和快速上升三个阶段;碳排放足迹的生态压力总体为增加态势,且其值大于1,10年间增加了4.998 96;碳排放足迹强度为逐年下降的走势,10年间减少了0.236 29 hm2/万元,能源利用效率不断提高。据此,对邢台市未来的能源利用及产业结构提出相应的可行性对策,以期为邢台市能源利用结构优化和构建低碳经济发展模式,实现可持续发展提供科学的决策依据。 Using the carbon footprint model, the carbon footprint of energy consumption, the ecological pressure of carbon footprint and the dynamic changes of carbon footprint intensity were analyzed from 2003 to 2013 in Xingtai city,China. The results showed that,in the Xingtai city, the energy consumption was increasing year by year during the past 10 years,with the consumption of fossil energy resources accounting for around 50% of the total energy consumed. In the consumption of fossil energy, the coal was primary energy and has reached above 97%. The trend of per capita carbon footprint showed two stages(fluctuations and healthy increase),with the added 0.748 84 hm2 per person for 10 years. Among them, the per capita carbon footprint of coal follows the same trends as the per capita carbon footprint, and the per capita carbon footprint of oil was little changed, and the per capita carbon footprint of natural gas keep steady first, and then fluctuation and finally rising. The ecological pressure of carbon footprint showed an increasing tendency, with a value greater than 1 and with the increased 4.998 96 for 10 years. The energy utilization efficiency had been improved continually in Xingtai city. Therefore,the paper proposed feasible means and the corresponding countermeasures on energy utilization and industrial structure in the future in Xingtai city, which would provide the strategy-making reference for the continual development in optimization energy structure and establishment the low-carbon economic development model in Xingtai city.
