摘要
设计用于金属铝焊接轨迹检测的激光测距电路,采用激光测距方法优化金属焊接的轨迹检测,提高激光测距的精度。首先进行激光测距系统的总体设计,进行铝焊接轨迹检测激光测距系统的电路模块化设计。激光测距电路包括激光传感基阵轨迹检测电路、AD采样电路、激光测距复位电路及基线恢复电路等。激光测距电路系统采用ADSP-BF537作为主控芯片,实现金属铝焊接轨迹检测激光测距系统的集成电路设计。实验结果表明,该电路系统具有在进行激光测距应用中精度较高,稳定性较好。
Design for metal aluminum welding trajectory detection of laser range finder circuit, precision of optimization of laser ranging, laser ranging reset circuit, and a baseline recovery circuit. Laser ranging circuit system uses ADSP-BF537 as the main control chip, the realization of the metal aluminum welding trajectory detection of laser ranging system design of the integrated circuit. The experimental results show that the circuit system has high precision and good stability in the application of laser range finder.
